About this program

The Northeast Florida Community Action Agency, Inc. is one of the largest community action, non-profit groups in Northeast Florida. The agency relies mostly on government funding to promote self-sufficiency in poverty-stricken individuals and families within Baker, Duval, Clay, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties. The agency depends on a large volunteer base, businesses, corporations and other non-profits as partners and donors. Our Mission: To collaborate with community partners, empowering families in Northeast Florida to achieve self-sufficiency through education, employment and advocacy. I have been trying to get help with my electric bill and have sent copies 2 weeks in a row and not approved because she keeps saying bill blurry. 50 copies all blurry...there seems to be a real problem...I'm disabled and a senior citizen..can any one help
