Welcome to the Public Housing page. Started in 1950, the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority (NSBHA) provides 126 Public Housing in the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida to its residents that qualify as low income. Families, seniors and handicapped live in NSBHA maintained units at a very reasonable price because of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding.
