Housing Authority of New Haven’s (HANH) Elm City Communities works for the community to make the city of New Haven a better choice for living. It is our goal to build better neighborhoods, create more options for desirable housing for families from multiple income levels, and accommodate those who may need extra assistance. It is the mission of Elm City Communities to provide, now and in the future, affordable communities of choice and opportunities for greater self-sufficiency for city residents.
