About this program

North East Social Action Program's mission is to extend God’s compassion and provide assistance to the community in need. North East Social Action Program or NESAP, is a Christian nonprofit organization that has served residents in need in Carroll County and parts of Baltimore County, MD, since 1984. Originated and supported by the Northeast Carroll Ministerial Association, NESAP is a cooperative community outreach, involving service organizations, businesses, individuals, and Christian churches.
