Nelson Housing Authority offers low income HUD housing for elderly and families that qualify. We have 14 1-bedroom single units and four family units. We provide a laundry facility, free parking, and use of the community room at no charge. The utilities are included in the rent with exception to a small fee during the summer months. Cable TV service is also available for a small fee. All mowing, snow removal and general maintenance are taken care of. The rent amounts are based on income with a maximum ceiling cap.
