Montgomery County Community Action Development Commission

Established in 1966, we are the lead Anti-Poverty Agency in Montgomery County working to coordinate strategic planning, economic development, community development, and to create a partnership between public and private entities to serve the needs of county residents. CADCOM exists for one purpose: to serve the community. We as an organization are collectively focused on a singular mission: To mobilize the human and financial resources of Montgomery County by initiating, developing and administering community and economic development programs designed to provide the tools needed to achieve self-sufficiency. We work to fulfill this mission statement by listening to those in need, utilizing the exceptional skills of our staff and working hand in hand with other community service groups to provide for the needs of the community.
