Millis Housing Authority

The Millis Housing Authority provides affordable housing to Elderly, Disabled and Family residents. We currently have 73 units of elderly/disabled housing located at Kennedy and King Terrace and 10 units of Family housing located on Daniels Street. All applicants must income qualify according to the guidelines set by the Department of Housing and Community Development. Each development has a waiting list and applicants may request an application in person, by mail or online at www.state.ma.us\dhcd . Currently Elderly/Disabled residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for housing and Family residents pay 27% of their adjusted income for housing.
