ae there any options for a low income widow with a nonfunctioning air conditioner,i am recoveing fo a seies of heart attacks +problems and strokes due to,an uncommon disease that put me in the hospital for a month meds effected by heat a/c was replaced by weatherazation program in2012 fan works fine turning on the cooling unit doesnt wook right makes a clicking sound thank you
