Housing Voucher Program: MHR administers 550 housing vouchers from a variety of sources including HUD, (U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development) Minnesota Housing, and Ramsey County for individuals living with mental illness, chemical dependency and other disabilities. The majority of persons who participate in the Housing Voucher Program successfully maintain their housing due to our commitment to providing creative supportive services.
