Mankato EDA

The City of Mankato Housing staff's goal is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free from discrimination. The department strives to determine the housing needs of the community and then work with local state and federal resources to meet those needs. Staff serves citizens of Mankato and Blue Earth County through the provision of the Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) Program, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and programs for first time homebuyers. As funding is available, staff administrates a variety of housing and commercial property rehabilitation programs.
