Mahube-Otwa provides services for low income and elderly persons living in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail and Wadena counties. Mahube-Otwa is a private, non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors representing the low income, public and private sectors of the community.

Emergency Food and Shelter (assistance for housing and utility crisis intervention); Homeless Housing Assistance (payment of a first month’s rent); Family Homeless Prevention & Assistance (support to prevent homelessness including rental assistance, foreclosure prevention and case management); Bremer Emergency Services; Energy assistance program
