The Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership (MYCAP) was founded in 1965. We are a non-profit Community Action Agency dedicated to helping families move from poverty and crisis to family stability and self-sufficiency. The Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership (MYCAP) will strive to alleviate and prevent the causes of poverty. We will plan and implement quality services designed to educate and empower eligible residents of Mahoning County with a goal ofmoving toward self-sufficiency.
