Lisle Township General Assistance

General Assistance - The Township offers financial aid to meet the basic needs of individuals for health and well being. In order to be eligible, a person must meet the financial and non-financial requirements, and have no other potential means of income.This is an ongoing grant program with Work Program requirements. Emergency Assistance - Financial assistance to alleviate a life threatening circumstance or meet a basic need such as food, rent, utilities, prescriptions, or personal hygiene items. Assistance is issued once in a 12-month period to Township residents who meet the financial eligibility requirements.
