Licking Valley Community Action Program - Mason County Senior Center and Community Center

Licking Valley Community Action Program is funded Federally and by the State of Kentucky. Employs approximately 180 people that support the community. Our Mission: To provide assistance to reduce poverty, the revitalization of low income communities, and the empowerment of low income families and individuals in rural areas to become fully self sufficient and improve family life in our communities.

Emergency Assistance (food, medical assistance, housing assistance, utility bills, clothing); LiHEAP - Low-Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program; Emergency Food and Shelter Program (assists eligible clients with past due utility bills, food, first month rent and past due mortgages); Wintercare; Weatherization Program
