Leelanau Christian Neighbors - The Neighborhood Assistance Ministry

Leelanau Christian Neighbors, founded in 1987, is a non-profit 501c(3) organization with a volunteer work force of more than 100. These volunteers are members of an ecumenically diverse group of thirteen churches located in Leelanau County and other residents of the County. The LCN elected Board of Directors meets throughout the year to ensure appropriate and responsible planning and management for the organization’s four programs: Food Pantry, Financial Assistance, Blessings in a Backpack and the LCN Baby Pantry.

Provides third party payments for emergency financial aid with rent, utility bills, transportation/gasoline costs, and medical services
