We are committed to focusing available resources that will enable low-income families and individuals of all ages to obtain the skill, knowledge, motivation and the opportunities they need to become self-sufficient.

Services offered

Homelessness Prevention Program (provides rent, deposit, utilities and mortgage assistance to help people facing eviction or foreclosure and possible homelessness); Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP); Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP)
