Recently Lakes & Prairies Community Action Agency celebrated its 45th Anniversary. That is 45 years of working with and for low-income children, families, seniors throughout our service area. It is also 45 years of working as a partner to improve the quality of life in our communities. Our mission is Eliminate Poverty. Empower Families. Engage Communities.

Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (rent, deposits and utilities); Transitional Housing Services; Permanent Supportive Housing (provides supportive services and rental assistance to single individuals that have a disability, have been homeless for 1 year or more, or more than 5 times in the past 3 years)
