About this program

Kentucky CancerLink is an organization devoted to Kentuckians who are having trouble obtaining cancer screenings or need support through a diagnosis of cancer. All staff team members are trained and certified patient navigators from the Harold P. Freeman Patient Navigation Institute. Harold P. Freeman is considered to be the grandfather of patient navigation, particularly for cancer patients.
