Kankakee County Community Services, Inc.

The purpose of Kankakee County Community Services, Inc. shall be to generate and stimulate available local, private, state and federal resources toward enabling low-income families and individuals to attain the skills, knowledge, motivations, and opportunities to become self-sufficient. Kankakee County Community Services, Inc., shall seek to be a catalyst and advocate for the interest of the poor in order to make the area served more responsive to the needs of low-income persons and families and to bring about greater institutional sensitivity to their condition.
