The Ilion Housing Authority offers two types of housing: Public Housing Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Public Housing We operate 158 units of public housing at three locations in the Village of Ilion. London Towers located at 100 West Main Street is home to over 100 senior and disabled residents. Remington Park is a 32 unit family campus located on Cottage Street and Ilion Heights is a 20 unit family campus located on Vosburg Street. Section 8 Housing The Section 8 program provides assistance for low income families in the private rental market through the Housing Assistance Payments Program.
