The District XII Human Resources Council (HRC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending poverty by developing innovative, community-based, collaborative solutions. Headquartered in Butte, Montana, HRC provides services in the six county region of Southwest Montana that included Beaverhead, Deer Lodge, Granite, Madison, Powell and Silver Bow counties.
