Our mission is to meet the behavioral health and social service needs of individuals and families with a focus on those in need of assistance with limited or no resources in Morris County. Our Behavioral Health and Social Services will address early identification, prevention, service provision, education and advocacy. Our services are provided in a manner that affirms individual dignity and encourages the attainment of full human potential. We invite people of good will to join us in making a difference in the lives of others. Hope House, a not-for-profit, multi-service agency, established in 1971, is a Division of Catholic Family and Community Services, Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Paterson. Located in Dover, New Jersey, it serves clients from Morris County* providing professionally based social services, especially for those who are oppressed, powerless, or otherwise disenfranchised. Our Social Service Agency advocates fair and just treatment for all individuals. Our services are delivered without regard to race, gender, personal belief or circumstances and are welcomed by the communities we serve. Our style is warm and welcoming, reflecting personal attention and sensitivity.

HOPWA - Long and Short Term Financial Assistance for persons infected with HIV/AIDS: Long Term HOPWA - Provides clients with decent and safe housing. Clients are provided with monthly rental assistance; Short Term HOPWA - Provides clients with occasional assistance in paying electric bills, heating, gas, and mortgage, and rent as well as back rent
