The representative from HOME who was assigned to me was useless. He wasted my time. Never got back to me when he said he would (I always had to call him). I provided all the information he requested and he kept saying he needed to check with his supervisor. When I finally called to complain, he called me back to say they couldn't help me. This company is a joke.
