Hill Country Community Needs Council

With loving hearts and helping hands, the Needs Council identifies, establishes and administers services that address the basic unmet needs of people in Gillespie County. This mission is accomplished through the mobilization of a core of community volunteers, the utilization of community resources and services, and the establishment of programs.

Financial Assistance: housing, utilities, child care, gasoline, and medical (medications, medical procedures, dental, hearing and vision); Information and Referral; Advocacy/Family Violence; Care Calls; Case Management; Counseling; Food 4 Kids; Help a Senior (HAS); Hill Country Recording for the Handicapped; Medical Transportation; Parenting
