Honolulu Community Action Program, Inc. (HCAP) is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, with over 48 years of history in delivering need-based human services to the economically challenged in the island of O'ahu. Recognized as a community action agency, HCAP's mission is very deeply rooted in its responsiveness to the community and its needs: "POI: Providing Opportunities and Inspiration to enable low-income individuals or families to achieve self-reliance."
