About this program

The Second Mile Ministry (SMM) exists to share Christ in our community by providing emergency relief to Durham residents. We offer help in two ways, financial assistance and food. Financial aid is limited to past due bills for electricity, water and rent to licensed landlords. Food is distributed from our pantry. Call 919-286-3596 for a recorded message.
