Section 8

Since 1976, the City of Green Cove Springs has administered the existing Housing Program for Clay County, providing financial rental assistance to participating families through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. The Department of Housing & Urban Development provides funds to cover the rental assistance payments made on behalf of an eligible family.
