Families using the Housing Choice Voucher Program have the freedom to choose their own apartment, move to another unit (in or beyond Grand Forks County), and have access to both the Family Self-Sufficiency Program, and the Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership Program. Apartments are inspected according to HUD regulations to ensure a safe, decent, and affordable living environment for all families.
