The Fort Collins Housing Authority (FCHA) secures public and private sector funds (federal, state, and local) to develop, manage, and administer affordable housing programs for the community's low-income families within the corporate limits of Fort Collins. Through intergovernmental agreements FCHA governs the Larimer County Housing Authority and the Wellington Housing Authority.
