Faith Neighborhood Center

The Faith Neighborhood Center located on Highway 50 in Groveland, Florida was founded in 1972 and has been in continuous operation since. We now have over 50 active volunteers who donate at least 3 hours per week. Our mission is to provide support to needy families and individuals across South Lake County Florida - Mascotte, Groveland, Clermont, Minneola, Montverde and points in between and south to the county line. To obtain aid, families must be residents of South Lake County Florida and have incomes which fall below the U.S. government poverty guidelines. We assist an average of 800 families each month (over 33,000 individuals each year). Over one half of our clients are children under the age of 17.
