Evart Housing Commission

The Evart Housing Commission offers low income Public housing and the Section 8 voucher program. The Evart Housing Commision provides assistance based on 30% of annual income to families, seniors, and single adults. Our complex for our Public Housing apartments are located next to the Evart Elementary School, four blocks from the Evart Middle school, and walking distance to the downtown area. Our goal is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for low income familes.
