The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program offers rental assistance to low-income families, enabling them to obtain affordable, quality housing with private landlords. ECKAN's HCV and Section 8 Program was recently awarded as a High Performance Organization from the U.S. Department of Housing and Ubran Development.
