The East Peoria Housing Authority (EPHA) operates a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program with funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Eligible persons rent from a private landlord on the open market. The EPHA helps program participants pay the rent to their landlord. To qualify, the household income must be below the EPHA income guidelines.
