Low-Rent
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) administers the HUD low-rent public housing program for the City of Dodge Center through the ownership and operation of 38 units at Heritage Estate. The HRA may also act in a redevelopment role by acquiring underutilized or blighted property and preparing them for reuse in the community.
