The DeLand Housing Authority has been in existence since 1972. It began with 200 Public Housing units that were demolished through a Hope VI grant in 2007. We are currently in the process of developing the site. The DeLand Housing Authority administers 749 vouchers in the West Volusia area which includes the vouchers of Public Housing residents at time of demolition.
