The Crosby Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) was founded in the 1960’s under the auspices of the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Dellwood apartment building was occupied in 1972 and the Edgewood complex was completed in 1978. The Crosby HRA manages the Dellwood-Edgewood complex of 100 single bedroom apartments and twenty family homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms.
