Community Caring Council - Housing Assistance

The Community Caring Council is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization, founded in 1989 by State Representative Mary C. Kasten in an effort to encourage social service agencies and community organizations to collaborate and coordinate delivery of services to families and children.
