Community Action Program of Lancaster County - Ephrata (Outreach Office)

The Community Action Program of Lancaster County champions the achievement of long-term self sufficiency for individuals and families through services and advocacy targeting the elimination of poverty. CAP will be the lead self-sufficiency agency in the region through personal empowerment, coordination and integration of social services, and public advocacy resulting in a measurable improvement in the quality of life for the community.
