The purpose of Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County is to partner with low income families and individuals to help them achieve economic and social stability, to build community, and to advocate for social and economic justice. The Vision of Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County is that families shall achieve economic and social stability; live in community, in a world with social and economic justice. Community Action changes people’s lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live.
