About this program

Community Action Partnership of Natrona County was established in 1983. CAPNC is a quasi-county board of Natrona County. The City of Casper also provides financial support to CAPNC through an agreement with CAPNC.

Emergency Services (Rental Assistance, Mortgage Assistance, Utility Assistance, Emergency Food and Food Pantry Referrals, Transportation, Emergency Lodging, Prescriptions, Personal Hygiene Items, Minor Home Repairs, Other Emergency Services)
