The Community Action Partnership of Cambria county works with eligible individuals and families to improve their quality of life by offering advocacy, services and support. Community Action Partnership of Cambria County is a private, non-profit agency that provides a wide variety of services which include: Head Start and WIC related programs, weatherization projects, drug prevention services, medical assistance transportation, and fuel and housing services as well. CAPCC is here for the people in our community and we are ready to serve them on a regular basis.
