About this program

Founded in 1989, the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition leads the drive to assisting individuals and families in need. Our clients are not only the chronically homeless, but many families and individuals hit hard by the economy and foreclosure crisis. The primary focus of CCHC’s Homeless Prevention Program is to help families stay in their homes . Each month hundreds of families come to us in need of resources to stop eviction and/or utility disconnection.
