Section 8

Section 8 is a federally funded Housing Assistance Program (HAP) and allows individuals to chose privately owned housing in Campbell County and other areas in the state and country. Applicants are encouraged to locate housing outside of impoverished neighborhoods and areas. The Campbell County Housing Department administers Section 8 assistance to Campbell County (excluding Newport) and Pendleton County.
