Housing Choice Voucher Program* HACC administers 346 federal Housing Choice Vouchers providing housing subsidies for households in privately owned residences. Eligible households pay 30% of their monthly income for rent with balance of rent being paid by a federal subsidy. Household incomes average $15,990 per year. Public Family Housing* HACC owns 72 scattered site detached single-family dwellings that we maintain. Residents are required to pay 30% of their monthly income for rent. Household incomes average $15,028 per year.
