CENTENNIAL MANOR WEST, located at 616 Ray Street, is a three story apartment complex with thirty one-bedroom units, and was built in 1983 as a Conventional Public Housing Project under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Designed for occupancy by elderly/disabled residents, it has generally maintained a high occupancy rate over the years.
