I am in need of a place to rent monthly. I am currently living with a friend, but has to be only temporarily. Am I able to apply and move in ASAP? I don't have anywhere else to go. Is there anything available here in Dillingham? PLEASE let me know.. thank you - Hattie

Application

I have been trying to plant my roots, into my hometown with my wife and son, for the last 9 years. I've been living in a house with no running water, no bathroom, no kitchen, no plumbing whatsoever. I've signed up 3 different times with BBHA to move into the empty HUD house for the last 3 years, but have been getting jerked around with no kind of contact with how that's going. I don't even think they know what they're doing. I'm a professional construction worker for the last 13 years and would work on that house for free. That house doesn't even need work done to it. I almost want to just pull my application. My wife and son can't even live here cause this cabin I'm living in doesn't have a bedroom or a kitching or running water. I think we're just gonna move, cause BBHA AND my corporation doesn't give a damn about us. Sad really that I even have to write this. I've tried to contact them all the different ways that I could with no answer, for over 3 months, just to check the status of our application. I even signed up for their posted carpentry job to work on the empty HUD house, but I haven't even heard anything back from that yet.
