To ensure affordable, attractive housing and to foster business and community development consistent with the general plan of the City. The main offices of the Baraboo CDA are located in Donahue Terrace Apartments, 227 First Avenue, Baraboo. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The current staff is made up of John VanHoosen, Maintenance, Rita Sherman, Administrative Assistant, Debra Vogel, Housing Manager/Records Keeper. The Community Development Authority (CDA) of the City of Baraboo was established in 1978 by combining the Baraboo Housing Authority with the Redevelopment Authority of Baraboo.
