ARVAC Inc. is a nonprofit community action agency corporation established in 1965 to promote economic and social development of the region. The organization serves a nine (9) county area in the Arkansas River Valley. The agency’s headquarters office is in Dardanelle, AR. and has 10 satellite offices located throughout the area.

Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program; Home to Own Program - Money management is being provided for Social Security claimants who are mentally incapable of financially managing their money. This management includes paying monthly household bills and weekly contacts are made with the claimants to determine their needs.
