We currently manage 12 properties, in excess of 325 apartments in the City of Antigo and the surrounding county, from single family dwellings to the multi-unit apartment complex and administer 149 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. For the private owner, we are a full service property management team, providing expert services in management, tenant and financial accounting, and long-term asset preservation.
