About this program

The Alexian Brothers Community Housing Program – Lake County will provide rental assistance and supportive services to disabled adult men and women who reside in Lake County, IL. The main intention of this program is to provide graduates of Alexian Brothers The Harbor’s Transitional Living Program a continuum of care and support as they move from transitional housing to independent living. However, the program is open to any resident of Lake County who meet the eligibility criteria. Over time we hope that participants in this program will achieve the stability to graduate from the program and maintain a healthy life and be positive contributors to our communities without rental assistance. Stable housing is the first step to improved health and quality of life.
